We can arrange next day collection of handsets from anywhere across the UK and Europe through our international logistics partners. We can arrange multiple collections from hundreds of sites or a single collection from a central location. Our carriers will ensure a safe and efficient collection and they are all authorised to transport electrical goods and waste.

Our experienced sales team re-market handsets for re-use throughout the global marketplace. This ensures that we deliver maximum value back to our fundraising partners.

Through our repair division we refurbish and recondition all makes of mobile phone. With this expertise in asset recovery we are able to further maximise the return for our customers.

Any handsets that are beyond recycling are deemed as waste. These remaining handsets are sent for certified safe disposal. Our licensed waste disposal is arranged through Biffa Waste Services Limited, who handle all disposal in accordance with legislation set out in the EPA (Environmental Pollution Act).
